CIRCULAR NOTICE EFFECTIVE SEPTEMBER 01, 2010
Please note that effective September 01, 2010 the Consular Section is no longer accepting CASH from clients for any services.
Please find below the list of payments which will be accepted.
- Certified cheque
- Draft
- Money Order
All payments MUST be in Canadian Currency made payable to EMBASSY OF THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES – Ottawa
If the Total amount of the invoice is over
Dhs 2,000,000,001 please call the Embassy to get the exact fee.
Important:
Please make sure that your invoices are legalized by any recognized Canadian Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade and stamped on the same page that the total value of the invoice is shown.
The Certificate of Origin and all other documents such as Quality Cert., Analysis Cert, Bill of Lading, Packing List etc. should all be legalized by any recognized Canadian Chamber of Commerce or Board of Trade.
